Patient Rights

1- Right to Utilize Services

Each individual applying to our hospital has the right to utilize all of the services regardless of the language, religious, racial or religious sect differences.

Our patients have the right to take the information about diagnostic and treatment services given by our hospital and how to reach them.

2- Information and Confirmation Right

All of our patients have the right to take the complete information about proposed medical interventions, potential risks and benefits, alternatives, results of remaining untreated and their medical situation including the following process by themselves or through their legal representatives in an understandable language.

All of our patients have the right to have a printed copy of their medical record procedures only if they indicate their demand in written.

Except having information and confirmation about medical and legal obligations, our patients also have right to decide the treatment after having information about matters like serious side effect risk, fatal risk, problems about the time of recovery, success chance. Once our patients use this right, it means that planned procedures are confirmed by them.

Our patients have the right to have the right evaluation of the pain and to have information about its treatment.

Our patients and their families have the right to have the information about how to choose to donate their organs and other tissues.

Our patients and their families have the right to have information about how to join the clinical researches and experiments executed in the hospital. Also, the patients who accept to join and their families have the right to have the information about how to be protected.

Our patients have the right to take information about the mission of hospital clearly.

3- Personnel Recognition, Selection and Replacement Right

Our patients have the right to know the identities, duties and titles of the doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel, to choose and to change them.

4- Committee Selection and Replacement Right

Our patients have the right to choose and change the healthcare establishment and foundation as long as complying the conditions of the legislation which the patients are subject to.

5- Right to Reject or Arrest the Treatment

The patients have the right to reject or arrest the planned or applied treatment except the legally obligatory conditions and only if they take the responsibility of the possible negative results.

6- Privacy Right

Our patients have the right to take service in convenient privacy conditions all through the treatment period.

Health conditions, medical conditions and all of the private information of all individuals who apply to our hospital are protected to stay confidential even after death. This information of the patient can only be declared with the clear permission of the patient or with the certain decision of the court.

7- Right to be Respected

Our patients have the right to be examined and treated respectfully, kindly and debonairly with protecting personal reputations always and under any kind of circumstances.

8- Right to Demand Consultation

Our patients have the right to call a consultant about their diagnosis and treatment. Consultant suggests a treatment but patient's primary physician approves the procedures.

9- Right to Exercise Religious Services

Our patients have the right to exercise their religions regardless of religious differences only if it doesn't prevent the treatment.

10- Security Right

Everyone has right to expect or demand to be safe in the healthcare establishment. Necessary precautions for security of life and property of our patients, visitors and attendants are taken in by our hospital.

Appropriate protection precautions are taken for children, individuals with disabilities and elder patients (alone, requiring care, without hospital attendant) in our hospital.

11- Right to Have Hospital Attendants and Visitors

Our patients have the right to accept visitors and have hospital attendants in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital.

12- Right to Express Complaint/Opinion or Suggestion

Patients and their families have the right to start the complaint mechanism, revision, finalization and taking information about the result in case of violation of the patient rights.

13- Rules and Applications of the Healthcare Establishment

Our patients have the right to take information about the hospital rules and applications that will be applied to them.

14- Diagnostic and Treatment Costs

Our patients have the right to know treatment service charge prior to the treatment and after that they have the right to demand and take the clear and detailed invoice of the payment for the service that they took.

Patient Responsibilities

1. Giving Information

Giving right and complete information to the doctors and nurses responsible from medical services about their health conditions.

2. Compliance to the Suggestions

Our patients are supposed to comply the therapy plan suggested by their doctor and to accept the healthcare personnel's administering the healthcare plan with the directions of the doctor.

3. Rejecting the Planned Treatment

Our patient is responsible for the consequences of rejecting the planned treatment.

4. Obeying the Rules of the Healthcare Establishment

Our patients are responsible for obeying the rules and applications of our healthcare establishment.

5. Showing Respect

Our patients are supposed to act in accordance with the precautions and the rules of the hospital in cases which puts the patients' and their families' lives in danger like noise, visitor, smoke.

6. Infection Control

Our patients and their families are supposed to be sensitive about all precautions that are suggested to stop spreading of the infection.

7. Payment Responsibility

Our patients are supposed to pay the examination and diagnosis expenses. Our patients and their families who damage the fixtures and consumables on purpose have to pay for them.

8. Hospital Attendant

Our patients are supposed to accept the least possible number of visitors at the same time and the visitors are supposed not to bring any food or drink and not to use the personal belongings of the other patients. Also, they are supposed to visit during the visitation period.
